you can create a group of people and use these groups for several reasons, like permissions, distribution, notification and so on.  

on the Group page, list of the groups is on the left side, when you select one of them, the member list will be loaded on the right side.

To create a new Group , click on a  Image Added button from the action bar, and fill the required fields then click on aImage Added button.

To change a Group, select it from the left side list first, click on a Image Added button, do the modification and then click on a Image Added button.

To Delete a Group, select it from the list first, click on a Image Added button,  if you are sure about it, click on a Image Added button.

Note: if the selected Group is used  anywhere, you will not be able to delete it. you can make it inactive by making the  "Active" checkbox unchecked!

to add member to the group, select the group from left side list, click on Image Added then find the person you want to add to this group from the opened dialog,

you can also choose several items using the checkbox on each row, then  click on the Image Added button to add them to the group.

to remove member(s), choose them from the right side list, by making the checkbox on the first column checked, then click on the Image Added button.
