A Competence is a set of several "Empowerments".
In other words, the subject of every Evaluation question is empowerment.
Create a new Empowerment
To create a new Empowerment, click on the 
button. After filling the required fields, press 
.
Edit a Empowerment
To modify a Empowerment, select it from the list, click on the 
button, make the desired changes, then click on the button.
Delete a Empowerment
To delete a Empowerment, select it from the list, click on the 
button, If you are sure of deleting the selected item click on the 
button.
Note: if the selected Empowerment is used in anywhere, you will not be able to delete it. You can make it inactive by deselecting the "Active" checkbox.
