You can create different groups of people. These can be departmental or interdepartmental groups. These groups can be used for different activities, e.g.:

On the Group page, the list of the groups is on the left side, when you select one of them, the member list will be loaded on the right side.


To create a new Group, click on a   button from the action bar, and fill the required fields then click on a button.

To change a Group, select it from the left side list first, click on a  button, do the modification and then click on a  button.


To Delete a Group, select it from the list first, click on a  button,  if you are sure about it, click on a  button.

Note: if the selected Group is used  anywhere, you will not be able to delete it. you can make it inactive by making the  "Active" checkbox unchecked!


To add a member to the group, select the group from the left side list, click on  then find the person you want to add to this group from the opened dialog.

You can also choose several items using the checkbox on each row, then click on the  button to add them to the group.

To remove member(s), choose them from the right side list, by making the checkbox on the first column checked, then click on the  button.
