in some cases, we need to distribute hardcopy of public and non-public documents.
On the "HardCopy Distribution" page you can see the list of people who received a hard copy of the documents.
After Releasing a new version of the document you can follow this list to retake the old versions.
Add New Item
after sending a hard copy of the released version, you can add a new item to the list by clicking on the
button from the action bar.then select the "receiver" by clicking on the
button then select the person from the list."Delivery Date" is the date that the selected person received the hardcopy.
Edit an Item
After Releasing a new version of the document or outdating the current version, when you retake the old version from people, you can select the right person and version number from the list,
and click on the
button, then select the "Retake Date" and press the button.
