You can create

...

different groups of people. These can be departmental or interdepartmental groups. These groups can be used for different activities, e.g.:

  • settings of permissions,
  • distribution of documents and information and/or
  • notification

On the Group page, the list of the groups is on the left side, when you select one of them, the member list will be loaded on the right side.


To create a new Group, click on a  Image Modified button from the action bar, and fill the required fields then click on aImage Modified button.

To change a Group, select it from the left side list first, click on a Image Modified button, do the modification and then click on a Image Modified button.


To Delete a Group, select it from the list first, click on a Image Modified button,  if you are sure about it, click on a Image Modified button.

Note: if the selected Group is used  anywhere, you will not be able to delete it. you can make it inactive by making the  "Active" checkbox unchecked!

To add a member to the group, select the group from the left side list, click on Image Modified then find the person you want to add to this group from the opened dialog

You can also choose several items using the checkbox on each row,

then click on the Image Modified button to add them to the group.

To remove member(s), choose them from the right side list, by making the checkbox on the first column checked, then click on the Image Modified button.
