- the revision is created by mistake
- the related change request has been canceled

Note: If this revision has some files or has been referenced to other documents you cannot delete it. You should just change the "Status" to "Expired".
Note: If this revision is expired or a new revision is going to be published and you want to delete it because of it, You should just change the "Status" The expiration of a version or the release of a new version should not be a reason to delete this version. The "Status" should be set to "Expired".
